Capabilities

The user is able to create beings out of paper or shape existing paper into different forms for a variety of purposes. They can grant these beings varying levels of detail (simple to intricate), independence (controlled, programmed, semi-independent or autonomous) and existence (momentary to permanent) and delete the entities once they are done with them. Stronger users of this power are able to create all sorts of entities with a wide variety of attributes such as abilities, skills, appearances, identities and personalities, as well as potentially granting them equipment and other accessories such as clothing or weapons.

Limitations

• May have limit for how independent the created beings can be.
• May have a limit for how long the created beings exist.
• May be unable to create paper, being limited to shaping from already existing sources.
• Created beings' structural strength may be limited by the users will.
• Unless user has skill to prevent this, paper will have all the weaknesses normal paper has, such as fire burning it, water softening it, etc.
