The ability to create beings of paper or shape them to certain shapes. Sub-power of Papyrokinetic Constructs, variation of Organic Entity Creation.

Capabilities

User is able to create beings of paper or shape existing paper into wanted shapes and control them. They can also delete the creature once they are done with them.

Limitations
