Capabilities

The user's bodily functions are enhanced to peak physical condition or to the pinnacle of human conditioning; therefore, the user is on par with olympic athletes in very way if at peak condition, or they are essentially at low superhuman levels if they are at peak potential. Peak humans who are at the pinnacle of human potential are able to easily match and even overpower many superhumans. They have strength, speed, stamina, senses, agility, reflexes, accuracy, longevity, durability, intelligence, flexibility and combat skills greatly heightened far beyond the level of even the finest olympic athletes, but not technically to superhuman levels.

They are strong enough lift several tons, easily bench well over 1000lbs, they can punch an individual through walls several feet thick or reinforced metal doors; able to break steel bars with their bare hands; fast enough to catch-up or outrun moving vehicles, run move and attack faster than the eye can see; they can dodge automatic gunfire from multiple assailants even at point blank range; they are able to exert themselves to peak capacity for hours or even days without fatigue; producing top-endurance and lung capacity; agile enough to climb the tallest of buildings, leap to high feats into the air and distant miles, perform acrobatic feats that would put olympic acrobats to shame; accurate enough to achieve multiple small and further distant targets, capable of living longer than the average-person, durable enough to withstand and even shrug off superhuman physical/projectile attacks, intelligent enough to understand complex problems better than even the smartest normal humans, they can heal themselves in very short-periods of time, flexible enough to coordinate their limbs perfectly and their combat skills are advanced enough to defeat large groups of enemies.
