The user has the ability to bypass combative and supportive capabilities simultaneously, allowing them to nullify defenses and offenses at the same time, potentially combining offensive and defensive capabilities together. They are able to penetrate any penetration/protection-related abilities and while countering others' penetration/protection-related abilities, as well as strike through others' protecting powers while shielding against others' penetrating attacks.
This can allow the user to invalidate advantages, limitations or other conditions their targeted subject, including themselves or others, may have, such as utilitarian capabilities. Additionally, this effect can be spread to both serve allies & disable enemies alike.
