The user is able to manipulate their own personal conductivity. The user can control their own body's ability to transfer or resist matter and/or energy through their body. This can enable for protection against unwanted elemental effects or specialized channeling for techniques like attacks and defense. The user effectively becomes a living conductor and/or insulator.
