The power to manipulate one's personal disease. Sub-power of Disease Manipulation. Technique of Personal Mastery.

- Personal Symbiotic Disease/Germ/Pathogen/Plague/Virus
- Self-Disease/Self-Germ/Self-Pathogen
Capabilities[]
The user can create and control a disease (Infectious or Non-communicable) that has a link to themselves. The user can use this power to disintegrate/destroy or dominate/manipulate organic/living targets (animals, plants, fungi, virus etc.) or inorganic/non-living substances. The user can control the disease consciously or unconsciously. The disease/pathogen/virus can pretend to be an organ/part/extension of the user. As it spreads, the user's sphere of influence expands. Depending on the characteristics of the virus, its impact capacity and form may also vary.
The user can unconsciously spread the disease and exert basic influence over infected targets. This might manifest as diminished health or biological vigor, a subtle nudge in behavior or a faint manipulation of physical properties. With conscious effort, the user can target specifically infected individuals or areas, amplifying the effects. One could manipulate plant growth to create thorny barriers or subtly influence an animal's aggression towards a rival. By concentrating on a heavily infected area, the user can achieve a level of dominance. This could involve complete control over an individual's actions, or even disintegration of non-living matter.
The disease can spread through various means depending on the user's design. Examples include airborne, tactile, or even technological transmission. The pathogen can mutate and evolve over time, granting the user access to new abilities. One could gain the ability to manipulate electricity by infecting power grids or controlling water flow by influencing aquatic life. The disease/pathogen/virus can integrate with the host, becoming undetectable and potentially beneficial. This could allow the user to subtly manipulate the host's biology for enhanced strength, speed, or even regeneration.
On a basic, biological level, the disease can cause any number of detrimental effects (fever, pain, cardiac, pulmonary or neurological harm). At higher, more sociological levels, the user could use the disease to influence political elections, sway public opinion, or even manipulate stock markets through infected financial institutions. By infecting key individuals, the user could gain access to confidential information or influence their actions from within. The user could create a self-propagating defensive virus that renders them immune to attack or even retaliates against aggressors.
