The user is able to manipulate their own personal distortion effect. The nature of the phenomena originating from the user as well as the effects varies. It can be overtly noticeable or subtle. It can affect various types of targets (senses, minds, matter, energy, forces, etc.). The distortion results can be temporary or permanent. Though usually confined to the user’s immediate vicinity, potentially the phenomena could expand to a larger area.
