Capabilities

Users can create a personal domain: an area in which a being has absolute power, through magical, supernatural, scientific or other means. Domains can range from purely physical areas or structures, to more metaphysical, mythical or otherwise abstract realms, to immaterial or simulated worlds, to other dimensions and realities that either occupy, overlap, intersect, parallel or separate from normal existence, to even entire omniverses containing various individual universes and timelines.
