Capabilities

The user can control their personal conservation of nuclear energy. This is much different from other forms of conservation such as electric charge. As a form of potential energy, it requires nuclear reactions initiated by activation energy. This is where conservation takes place, where potential becomes kinetic and subjected to those laws. Energy is then conserved through the reconfiguration of particle structures and release of radiation. The user controls the laws of how energy is transferred into and out of them during these reactions. This includes the various forms it takes in nuclear fusion, fission, and radioactivity. This is done by drawing in various types of energy from the environment, using it as activation energy or for any other purpose. By projecting it outward, they can command other energetic sources around them as well. It's unlike nuclear manipulation of oneself as you are controlling how the energy from the nuclear reactions are transferred and converted. This will allow control over nuclear and other associated forces. It will also let them to safely regulate the output of power to avoid negatively affecting anything or anyone around them.
