Capabilities

User can create an alternate fantasy world in which they can control everything, and even transfer real objects/beings into the fantasy world and the reverse, including themselves.

Users are thus Omnipotent Gods in their fantasy world, and while their power is limited to its boundaries, they could "project" parts of it (beings, items, etc.) into the real world, and even "pull" parts of the real world into their own realm, where their will is absolute.
