Capabilities

Users possesses the capacity to grant their own self-directed wishes and desires, specifically, personalized and individually directed to ascertain one's true heart desire. This can be achieved through any manner of designs.

In some cases, a few individuals can even grant the wishes of others whilst controlling how the cost comes with enacting it takes effect. They can moderate the give or take element to affect one's personal betterment at their expense.
