Capabilities[]

The user can utilize the Phenomenon Arts, a specialized set of techniques based around phenomenal power. Phenomena, or observable events, are everyday aspects of existence. They can occur at minute levels (chemical reactions, decomposition) or on grand cosmic scales (eclipses, planetary alignments). They can be aspects of nature (weather, atmospheric occurrences, geological movements) or inherently supernatural (extra-dimensional manifestations, magical effects). Regardless of their origins, phenomena give observers a view of the various features that define reality. Depending on the type being accessed, one can learn to create techniques to serve one’s purposes. This includes altering matter and energy to create various substances and constructs, manipulating viewable events and elements to change sensory input or even changing the scope of one’s surrounding to create their own desirable world. Through training, one can accomplish amazing ends the can only be described as phenomenal.
