The user can create, shape and manipulate phenomena, typically defined as any observable event, but also any fact or event that may or may not be susceptible to some description and explanation, rare or significant facts or events or an exceptional, unusual or abnormal persons, things or occurrences. Phenomenon can often be created by users able to alter reality to some degree, such as through the use of spells, curses and blessings, allowing them to produce various effects.
Unlike Noumena, Phenomenon includes events and objects that can be perceived through sense organs.
