Capabilities[]

The user can create, shape, and manipulate photons, an elementary particle that is a quantum of the gravitational and electromagnetic field, including electromagnetic radiation such as light and radio waves, and the force carrier for the electromagnetic force. With this power, the user can control the electromagnetic force on the particle level achieving greater feats than most electromagnetic and light energy manipulators.
