Capabilities

User is made up of or can transform their body into a living portal to another place, time or dimension/plane, possibly limited to only a single particular place/time while others can change the destination. The user can teleport to the destination, draw people into the portal and expel objects or the environmental or physical conditions of the destinations dimension from themselves.
