Power Mixture
Due to his incredible abilities from the Ray-Sphere explosion, Cole MacGrath (inFAMOUS) can use his electrical abilities and powers and well as power from other Conduits.
Power/Ability to:	merge two or more abilities and powers for use

The ability to merge separate powers into a single whole and combine/merge powers to create combos or even to create a new force. A superpower variation of Amalgamation.

Capabilities

Limitations
