"See...There's a reason they call me Random. Anything you throw at me, I come up with a way t'beat it. Y'can't predict me. Y'can't pin me down!!!"
― Random (Marvel Comics)

The ability to have any random powers at any time.

Also Called

  • Multi-Abilities Power
  • Power Desultor/Roulette
  • Unpredicted Power
  • Unpremeditated Power

Capabilities

User can gain/switch powers at random either switching one power with another or accumulating multiple powers over time.

Applications

  • Users can also alter physical properties, including size and strength.
  • Users can have any power randomly when they are ready to use it on an opponent.
  • Users can only hope to get the power they desire at that particular moment, hence it is random.
  • Users can randomly deflect any powers directed at them.
  • Users can randomly have both physical or mental powers.

Variations

  • Some users can give any random power to any subject via Power Bestowal, or that if they get it by chance to use this power.
  • Some users can possess multiple random powers at one time.

Variations

Limitations

  • This ability is NOT the same as Complete Arsenal, where one has every power known superpower at once.
    • User may only be able to use one power at a time.
    • User may be unable to switch their own power.
  • Powers may be useless or self-catastrophic at a specific moment or against a certain threat.
  • User's powers may be based on a sort of probability - better results mean better powers and stronger effects.
  • The randomness makes it difficult to make strategies both before and during a battle.
