User can reclaim or reuse any ability/power they have even after exhausting its usage by simply recycling the ability/power/attack itself, including any/all ambient energies, power levels/strength, range, etc.
This can be used in many ways, including recharging the user's powers, creating/generating of endless attacks, preventing power from being negated, creating/redefining existing attacks/powers, etc.

With her Mukyū Shunkō Soifon/Sui-Feng (Bleach) revolves the wind she produces around her like a vortex. This allows her to recycle it and maintain in the form indefinitely.
Using Runic, Celes Chere (Final Fantasy VI) absorbs an opponent's spell and recycles it into her own magic power.
Kosuke Ueki's (Law of Ueki) Level 2 allows him to recycle his powers and those of his opponents, turning B back to A.
Using Prism of Seven Restoration, Suzaku (Yu Yu Hakusho) absorbs the energy used to create his six copies, regenerating himself...
...and allowing him to perform the Prism of Seven technique again.
