User can create, shape and manipulate Prima Materia, which is the a formless, primitive form of matter that the universe and all matter is said to originate from. With this power, the user of this power is able to create whole universes from Prime Materia itself. The user can also transmute matter (for example, lead into gold), create new types of matter, affect its state, and do other things with matter.
