Capabilities[]
The user can bind, imprison and/or otherwise stop object/being by imprisoning them into a domain the user possesses/controls. These realms are usually meant to hold deities, archdemons, fallen and other transcendent beings, but may include particularly heinous/powerful mortals as well, either alive or dead. While they are mainly meant for simply keeping the inmates inside without any chance or hope of escape, in some cases they are subjected to various torments.
Users who have control over said dominion has full control over it with and has power over all it’s prisoners capable of creating/shifting the prison to the users will and condemning the imprisoned to any given punishment users see fit. Because users has power over said domain users can be the most powerful being over said prison and as such may be the only one who is truly free among anyone else as they are responsible for the judgement.
