Users with this power have unlimited access to all forms of psionics and other psychic and mental forces/powers in existence. With this infinite access, the user is capable of psionic feats that transcends the normal limits of psychic power in general inherently gaining all their natural abilities and their tier abilities that can go beyond their universes and so on. Users of this raw psionic might are capable of achieving all the mental powers in existence and be able to reach their absolute levels.

The user's mind is capable to manipulate anything to the extent of warping the very layers of reality at a masterful level, even the Ether which they acquire their power from more spiritual and ethereal sources.

This newfound source allows them to transcend those limitations by being able to access and evolve their power with ethereal levels of reality and reach godlike levels and their mind as hybrid of psionic and ethereal forces to achieve unheard and incredible feats such as manipulating reality on an infinite scale, warping existence or anything else imaginable.
