The ability to overload another's mind, causing various effects. Variation of Overloading.

Capabilities

The user can project harmful psionic volleys, which may result in brain damage, memory loss, unconsciousness, vegetative state and/or death. The victim is not physically harmed, but damages the internal mentality of a target.

Memory Overload - project vast amounts of memories.
Sensory Overload - project vast amounts of sensory effects.

Limitations

Does not work on mindless beings (corpses, animated objects, robots, etc.).
Users of Psychic Shield (highly resistant), Psychic Immunity (impervious) and Indomitable Will.
May be limited to a certain range to work, including touch only.
May be limited to a certain number of targets at a time.
