Capabilities
The user is born with powers that manifest at the onset of puberty, the process of physical changes through which a child's body matures into an adult body capable of sexual reproduction. This generally occurs roughly between the ages of 12-16.
Alternatively, the user could already be born with powers and have them at a young age, with them manifesting new or stronger ones upon suitable maturation.
