After all of the darkness within him was forcibly cleaved from him, Ventus (Kingdom Hearts) became a being whose heart was devoid of all darkness.

As stated by Shuri, Suzaku Himejima (Slash Dog) is the kindest and most compassionate member of the Himejima Clan.

While a very dark example, the Doom Marine (Doom) is a ravenously violent hero among heroes who will ravage the infernal abyss to protect the innocent, shelter a broken world and save humanity.
