The power to create and manipulate light ice. Combination of Ice Manipulation and Light Manipulation, variation of Light Element Manipulation. Opposite power of Dark Ice Manipulation.

Capabilities

User can create and manipulate the lightest aspect of ice that gives us a sense of wonder and calm peace of the purest snow and ice that is granted by divine force. The users can create blizzards or freeze anything the user deemed to be evil or dark.
