The powers to manipulate the beneficial aspects of air/wind. Variation of Light Element Manipulation and Pure Gas Manipulation. Combination of Air Manipulation and Positive Forces Manipulation. Opposite to Dark Wind Manipulation. Not to be confused with Sacred Wind Manipulation.

In essence, this is about solely controlling the positive powers of air/wind.
