The user can manipulate quantum force through telekinesis allowing them to rearrange matter and energy at a cosmic scale, possibly allowing them to control almost anything, and affect reality at a conceptual level.

The ability is by nature potent in its intricacy, so the user may need to be careful.

May take time to understand full capabilities; e.i. dexterity control, power output, simple utilization, etc.
- Mastery or mere use may be hard to come by without some expertise or awareness.
- Requires absolute focus to initiate and also utilize, disrupted concentration can be hazardous.
Power can have unrequited effects causing warps in reality without conscious consent.
- Nature of this abliity can also cause to go possibly out of control without much experience.
Unpredictable quantum nature and influence makes this ability difficult to grasp.
