Capabilities

The user can absorb radiation and convert it towards plasma, plasma-based elements, and manipulating them however they please. So far, the only plausible proof there is of this ability is the fact that gamma radiation is the one form of electromagnetic radiation that we know of that can transduce its own matter. Because we have seen this in the form of the same radiant plasma emitted from nuclear explosions, gamma radiation is one of the sources of this ability.
