As a Saiyan, Caulifla (Dragon Ball Super) is able to gradually increase her abilities by engaging in combat, slowly adapting to Goku's speed and power and seeing through techniques that initially tricked her as they continue to fight.
Given that Goku Black (Dragon Ball Super) is Zamasu with Goku's body, he is able to enhance himself as he fights by imprinting "battle memories" onto himself...

In his battle against Sora, Lexaeus (Kingdom Hearts series) was able to freely increase his power when his health dwindles, adding to his already impressive strength and allowing him to greatly overpower Sora.
