To reanimate empty vessels of the undead. It is a variation of Animation. Not to be confused with Resurrection. A sub-power of Necromancy.

Capability

Users are able to cause dead beings to regain life, this life sometimes being tied to the animator, or sometimes being independent. May be possible through animation, Biological Manipulation, Magic, Bionic Manifestation, or The Force. This ability may be able to cure Petrification, or Death Inducement.

Limitations

  • Reanimated targets may accidentally become zombies, undead or ghouls.
  • Effects may be limited to time or the amount of targets.
  • Death of the animator may lead to death of the animated.

    Kabuto Yakushi (Naruto Shippuden) summons a coffin containing a reanimated corpse.

  • Using this on long dead creatures can be tricky for beginners.
  • Users are at risk of turning into a zombie if not careful when dealing their zombie subject.
  • Low-level users may only reanimate a limit amount targets.
  • Some might have to sacrifice a life in order to bring another back to life.
  • Low-lever users may only reanimate a recently deceased target.
  • Returned souls/consciousnesses may suffer horrible pain and trauma.
