- "What doesn't kill me only makes me stronger."
- ― Friedrich Nietzsche
- "As long as the nucleus in my head is intact, my body can continue to regenerate. And a nice benefit of this most recent rebirth is... thanks to the Saiyan cells in me, I grow stronger after every near-fatal injury."
- ― Cell, Dragon Ball Z: Budokai

Capabilities[]
Users experience empowerment through their exceptional healing factor in many ways, significantly enhancing their physical capabilities. This enhancement can manifest through a range of mechanisms, such as the consistent stress and micro-tears in their muscle fibers, which, when healed, result in increased strength and endurance. This biological process allows them to tap into a higher overall bodily capacity, enabling feats of strength that far exceed the typical for their race.
Additionally, while their physical form may adapt and grow stronger, their sensory perception remains intact and often sharper than that of ordinary individuals. This heightened sensitivity allows them to process their environment more acutely, giving them advantages in both combat and situational awareness. The degree of strength enhancement, however, isn’t uniform across all users; it is intricately tied to the specificity of a user's healing factor.
For some, regular exposure to physical damage followed by a regenerative process is essential to achieve substantial and consistent improvements in their abilities. Others, however, may experience immediate and significant upticks in power with very little provocation, a testament to the variance in healing capabilities.
Moreover, there exists a subset of users who exhibit particularly reckless behavior, intentionally inflicting harm upon themselves as a means to expedite their growth. This dangerous practice involves self-destructive actions that allow them to heal at an accelerated pace, leading to rapid empowerment. For these individuals, the pursuit of strength can blur the lines between self-care and self-destruction, ultimately posing risks not only to their well-being but also to those around them.
