The user can control regression, the ability to reverse anything and/or everything; matter, people, powers, concepts, boundaries, etc. back to a beginning, precursor state or flipping it, causing their opponents to completely devolve back into more barbaric or pre-evolutionary forms, cause constructed items to de-compile to their original building materials or even cause their targets to disperse back into their composite atoms/particles or nothingness and rewind time itself. This can also allow for the user to reverse things about themselves.
