Capabilities

User can create and manipulate rewards of any kind there is. With this power, one can manipulate how great the reward will be when given, or change what kind of reward will be given from any action done. This can even make it so rewards are given for negative actions which usually result in punishment. These range from minor to major rewards, such as getting help from people in doing something for helping them or rewards in developing skill. This power can also affect rewards like status, money, affection or power.
