- "Look."
"An insect did that?"
"That's right, and whatever lucky man becomes my husband will see worse than that." - ― Kushana showing her mechanical arm to Lord Yupa (Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind)

Seryu Ubiquitous (Akame ga Kill!) obtained artificial arms prior to her bifurcation, carrying the ability to attach various weapons and a radar to them. She also carries other modifications such replacing her tongue with a gun and an explosive device attached to her skull.
After surviving the Eclipse, Guts (Berserk) replaced his lost left arm with a powerful mechanical device known as the Cannon Arm.
After losing her limbs to Lucy, Nana (Elfen Lied) has them replaced with realistic prostheses that she can manipulate them using her vectors.
After having his left arm torn off by his son, Kankou/Umibozu (Gintama) replaced it with a mechanical one.
After losing his left arm to the Shinsengumi, Oboro (Gintama) replaced it with a robotic one that allowed him to increase his fighting style.
On the first Snoggletog with dragons, Hiccup built Toothless (How To Train Your Dragon) a new tail that would allow him to fly on his own by using a complex gear system to mirror the right tail fin. This allows Toothless to fly on his own but means he only has basic control. After retrieving Hiccup's helmet, Toothless destroyed the tail preferring to fly with Hiccup then on his own...
...Sometime later, Hiccup recreates the tail he made for Toothless on the first Snoggletog with dragons, so that he can fly with the Light Fury without him. Unlike Snoggletog, Toothless accepts this new tail permanently. Hiccup goes the extra step to make it look as similar as Toothless' real tail fin. He also adds Toothless' scales to make it fireproof and later on it was also able to survive being electrocuted when Toothless used his cloaking ability.
Shoma/Kamen Rider Gavv's (Kamen Rider Gavv) Gavv is a unique one called the Red Gavv because it was modified to allow him to create Gochizos by consuming snacks and transform into a Rider.
Camille (League of Legends) requested hextech augmentation to push her power beyond human in the form of bladed legs, grapple-spindled hips, and other, minor hex-augmentations.
Urgot (League of Legends) found the parts of his body that were weakest, and replaced them with scavenged machinery, technology created by those who would die without it.
Joseph Martello/Hammerhead (Insomniac Games' Spider-Man) replaced his entire body with the Project Olympus armor, saved for his head.
A "super" cyborg, Franky's (One Piece) has super sophisticated bionic body parts like his arms that are installed with a variety of powerful weaponry and artillery...
Bunnie D'Coolette (Sonic SatAM/Archie's Sonic the Hedgehog) had about half of her body roboticized, granting her mechanical body components of enhanced strength.
Vash the Stampede (Trigun) using the hidden gun within his cybernetic left arm.
