Capabilities

The user is or has the ability to take on the form of a buzz saw blade becoming anatomically identical to their to that of said mechanical utensil. Their normal form, aside of being a giant saw, in which case it contains all to organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Alternately the user can transform into homogeneous matter, without any part of their form being more important than the other.
