Hiryu Rin (My Hero Academia) can use his Quirk Scales to form hard scales throughout his entire body, which he can either use as protective armor or fire off as projectiles.

Capabilities

The user has complete control over the scales of oneself and others, allowing them to freely alter and manipulate them. They can manipulate the shape, growth, coloration, density (to make them more durable or easier to break), sharpness, extend them over fingers for protection or project nails/hair as projectiles. Shaping and combining them as needed, or moving them with telekinesis.
