The ability to be in a lower energy form in which users' powers are under development. Variation of Hibernation and reversed power of True Form.

Capabilities
User is in a undeveloped state, with their powers slowly manifesting as they mature. This process is unpredictable and possibly dangerous to all involved or near the user.
Their power could also be locked away either by themselves or others.

- True Form - Unlocked form.
