Capabilities[]
The user can selectively determine who or what can and cannot interact with the user while they are intangible. Unlike Dichotomous Intangibility, which makes the user both tangible and intangible and not allow others to touch the user while they can touch them, the user is still intangible overall, and can selectively choose which people, objects, things, or forces can or cannot affect, touch, or hit while the user when intangible.
