- "It would be like trying to grab and throw oneself."
- ― Meteora (Re:Creators)
The power to exert physical forces on oneself. Technique of Personal Mastery.
Also Called[]
- Internal Force Exertion
- Self-Force Extension
Capabilities[]
The user can exert a force on oneself instead of pushing off another surface, literally "pulling on their bootstraps." By Newton's Third Law, it would be impossible to exert a force on oneself to move around. To move, one would need to touch another object and push or pull on it to cause movement. User does not have to worry about that; they can knock themselves down by slapping their head, lift themselves by pulling their hair, dodge by pushing their hip, move by extending and moving their arm in a direction, etc. This may extend to other objects the user is holding onto.
Applications[]
- Aim Dodging by pushing oneself out of the way.
- Enhanced/Supernatural/Absolute Agility by exerting greater limberness from oneself.
- Enhanced/Supernatural/Absolute Leap by exerting force on oneself.
- Hyperkinetic Exertion by exerting greater force motion than normally put out.
- Internal System Manipulation by reordering infrastructural integrity.
- Motion Paradox by exerting oneself to move without movement.
- Flight/Levitation/Gliding by exerting force on oneself through the air.
- Newtonian Motion Defiance by exerting oneself past motions laws.
- Overclocking by pushing anatomical excess to the extreme.
- Personal Chemical Energy by compelling the natural chemical changes in ones own corporea.
- Self-Microscopic Exertion through the act of compelling ones phy. minutia, i.e. cells, genes, mol, etc; into motion.
- Unrestricted Movement by exerting through all motion limits.
- Warped Movement via willing oneself to move even through the most distorted existentiality.

Limitations[]
- May need a lot of strength to make a good movement.
- May be useless if the user is too heavy.
- May not be used if immobilized.
