Capability

With this ability, the user can give himself powers. This can be done in many ways, such as learning said abilities. For example, if he teaches himself how to move objects, he'll gain Telekinesis or if he/she teaches herself to meditate, they may gain Ascended Physiology or Higher Consciousness. It may lead the user to the point of Self-Omnipotence

Applications

• Teach yourself any power and gain it

Limits

• May not gain Omni powers (I.E, Omnipotence,Omnipresence,Omniscience)
• Process is slow and difficult
• May not learn abilities like Omnilock or Quintessence Force
• Like Ability Learning, it may require actually researching the ability first (if you do not have Omniscience)
