Capabilities

The user can "hitch-hike" other beings' senses and experience what happens as they were the totem. This power grants the user the ability to taste, feel, smell, see or hear from other senses. It allows the user to experience the world as their target would.

Limitations

• May only be able to sense through the senses of certain kinds of beings.
• The user's own body may be helpless or vulnerable while they are using someone else's senses.
• Unless the user has some ability to control the being they are using, they have no control over where it goes and what it perceives.
• If other beings' senses becomes obscured or impaired, the user who hitch-hike their senses will also be affected
• Some beings have so different sensory abilities that they are hard to understand.
• May experience everything the user's target does.
  • If the target's senses are dulled by sickness or pain then most likely it will similarly affect the ones hitch-hike their senses.
  • May take damage as target does.

Eve (Supernatural) can perceive anything through the eyes of her "children."

Eve (Underworld: Awakening) can see through the eyes of her parents and vice versa.

After being programmed with a copy of Sonic's life data, Hyper Metal Sonic (Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie) can see, hear, and feel everything the real Sonic can and vice versa.

Dagon (Ben 10)

Due to their souls being linked Snow and Koyuki (Marchen Awakens Romance) can see through each other’s eyes when one of them is asleep.

Kai's Jombies (Kung Fu Panda) allow him to see through their eyes, but the more Jombies he uses the less control he has over their actions.

Indri, Witch of the Wind and Stars (Worlds Beyond Number). By calling upon the memories of the stars, she can view any event that has occurred beneath the night skies.

The Fairy Queen (The Magicians). Using an eye taken from Margo, the Queen can see through Margo’s other eye, seeing whatever the latter sees.
