Power to manipulate fragments of matter/energy.

Capabilities

User can create, shape and manipulate slivers of matter/energy, either by shattering existing objects, controlling already existing shards or create them from nothing, and manipulate them for attack and defense.

Applications

• Create/generate/increase shards.
• Shape, compress, and/or otherwise manipulate shards.
  • Efficacy Manipulation including speed, density, hardness and/or sharpness.
• Attack Powers using shards.
  • Cutting if shards are sharp.
• Constructs Creation using shards, including weapons, walls, armor or allies/servants.
• Move/lift shards at nearly any speed whether in/on a surface, air or water. One could even do this in a vacuum of space if one has a way to survive the experience.
  • Matter Surfing by riding shards.

Limitations
