Capabilities

The user can create, shape and manipulate sleep dust/sand, supernatural granules that grant the user the power put targets to sleep and potentially cause them to dream. This unique substance is most often associated with the Sandman, a figure who uses sprinkles it in people’s eyes to sedate them and grant them dreams.

By manipulating the dust/sands, one can cause unconsciousness in others and/or create fantasies ranging from good dreams to nightmares.
