"I know people. And I know our enemies hate each other almost as much as they hate us."
― Tyrion Lannister (Game of Thrones)
"What I'm about to say may contradict God's teachings, but I'd like you to listen carefully. If the most important thing in this world is trust, the most despicable thing you can do is insult someone. Listen well... To insult or betray someone's trust not only hurts someone's reputation but puts them in a very sticky situation. We will not fight others or risk our lives over money, power, or having our seats taken at a theater or on the bus. Fighting is truly foolish. Only idiots bother with it. But... I will risk my life over being insulted. I believe that God forgives even murder. Don't forget that."
― Polpo to Giorno Giovanna (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part V: Golden Wind/Vento Aureo)

Such a feature can be geared towards binding and tithing or destabilizing and unmaking those same special bonds that enable such opposing opinions to properly unify under one goal in the first place. With such an immediate grasp of communal questioning stemming to ethics, desires, quirks, proclivities, etc., they can act upon and utilize such in-depth understanding of both the singular (individual) as well as the whole (collective) to initiate the most impressive, united front any setting has ever seen.

Even going so far as to bring in scores of secular hearts and minds over to their side of thinking; they can just as easily sow discord amongst disparate clicks or gangs, however, in order to affect widespread chaos in a greater society for the sake of reaping the rewards of effective misdirection. This results in inciting tremendous amounts of unrest by exploiting all the worst qualities users can find in others, mainly underlying conceits, insecurities or petty grudges the mob may possess towards others within the pack as much at themselves. Individuals have a natural keen for leadership (as much as anarchy) for they can just as easily facilitate true interconnection between even with the most boisterous of sects and the sum of their parts, practically utilizing their adverse ideals and goals in order to bring them closer together, putting a sort of distaff fusionism that makes them more successful in a team because of it.
