Capabilities[]

The user, either innately or through training, is a master of understanding the needs and aspirations of others so as to enable proper uniformity among complete strangers or even the tersest of adversaries. They can recognize the vulnerabilities of people and possess a certain inborn push needed to aid them and make them better than they are; for in doing so, so too does their caretaker attain betterment for it. Such a disposition makes them charitable in character and for their generosity in helping their fellow companion, it is enough compensation for them to feel satisfied. It aids them to be kinder and offer advice to their newfound friends and friend adjacent or anyone willing to listen, forging strong connections to others that are hard to divide.

On the other hand, such an effect also makes them a solid part of a group which can become something that sticks together through thick and thin, reminding a lot of their reasons for coming together in the first place.
