The user can manipulate space-time as if it were a fabric; they can wrinkle, ripple, bend, break, crack, tear, stretch, add to, remove, displace, move, compress, fold, cut, shatter, etc., space time as if it were a piece of cloth or paper, without harming anyone/anything within the space-time area, unless they want to or if they actually do damage what is in that boundary.

- Cannot affect users of Spatial-Temporal Lock or Omnilock.
- Distance, mass, precision, etc. depend upon of the knowledge, skill, and strength of the user, and their power's natural limits.
- May have limited ability in the length of time/area they can affect.
- unless they have Space-Time Manipulation they cannot manipulate space-time in every way or as a boundary, only manipulate it as a fabric.
- Users of Meta Space-Time Manipulation can prevent the fabric from being manipulated.
