Anodites (Ben 10 Series) appear to manipulate magic spells as Ben 10,000 casting a Contego spell which creates/forms a wall of mana energy...

...but probably because his cousin Gwen is skilled in sorcery, she can use a Contego spell to create a mana attack that can be used to prevent someone else from using mana by draining them of it...
