The user is able to transform other living entities made of flesh and blood into stars, stellar-based energies and even constellations in the skies above, and much stronger users of this power would possess the ability to turn themselfs into stars as well. Those transformed into stars and constellations may possess various powers over their own stars they were turned into newly celestial beings, or those being transformed into stars could also be a form of death and rebirth, physically becoming no more, making it a form of eternal remembrance in the stars, which will vary depending on universes.
