Issues with this Page: This page's Capabilities are unclear and the Known Users make it even harder to understand. The only common thread for most of the characters is some basic determination and being the progragonist. The Capabilities say that it lets you resist heart disease, but then it's also that it's users can resist corruption. So, is it physical heart or metaphorical heart? Can everyone in Known Users resist heart disease?

In either case, the Known Users needs to be cleaned up. The Capabilities should be clarified, too..

Capabilities

Users possess an unnaturally strong heart; a heart that possesses an extraordinary form of strength that's well beyond that ordinary members of their species regardless if it's nature.

Unlike its variations a strong heart is determined on sheer strength alone which can effect users in positive ways, but doesn't necessarily have supernatural qualities like magical or pure hearts.

Applications

Bond Empowerment - Love of friends and family will keep you safe.
Contaminant Immunity - To some heart related diseases.
Corruption Immunity - Allows one to overcome evil influences.
Enhanced Charisma - Some people just can't stay mad at you.
Enhanced Emotions - Strength of heart holds the strength of emotions.
Enhanced Willpower - Strength of heart may hold user through bad times.
Heart Empowerment - Strength comes from the heart.
Inner Power - Power comes from within.
Magnetic Friendship - They can make friends with virtually anyone that they meet.
Possession Immunity - Prevents anything from taking over the user's body.
Safe Mode - Prevents one from reckless actions and overconfidence.

Power would fail should user show weakness.
As the heart and the mind are not the same, user's heart could lead them astray or worse.
