Super Anchoring
Son Goku (Dragon Ball series) is able to anchor himself, allowing him to unleash planet-destroying energy attacks without being blown backward unless he allows it.

Capabilities

The user is capable of anchoring themselves in place, preventing themselves from being moved or thrown about by such things as pushback and recoil. In some cases, this can enable such things as Wallcrawling.
